ALLOWED USES
- Use of my kits within a musical composition such as a beat and make unlimited sales without having to pay me extra roaylties.
- Get a placement on a major single/album and still not have to pay me extra royalties.
DISALLOWED USES
- Share any elements of my kits. This includes sharing elements of my kits within a collaboration. The collaborator must also own the kit. This is to prevent unique elements of my kits from being accidently recycled into other producers kits.
- Share or Sell entire kits of mine, even to a friend. Don't let people get things for free that you had to pay for. This cuts down on piracy and increases legitimate customers allowing me to give out more exclusive offers and sales compared to other websites.
- Use elements from my kits within your own kits, even if it's edited it's considered an unauthorized derivative of work by law.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The creator of the kit still retains all copyrights to their sounds; drums, loops, etc. You just have a non-exclusive license to use them within your projects.
- Royalties from media like TV Shows, Movies and other uses that fall under publishing need to be licensed seperately. Although, you get to retain all the licenses for song sales & streams.
